Co-location & Integration of TecHome Builder & Housing Transformation Summits Proves a Smashing Success in Phoenix
AE Ventures proudly hosted more than 160 builder and multifamily company executives to the first-ever combined TecHome Builder & Housing Transformation Summit, Nov. 6-8 in Phoenix. Guests were immersed in all things tech, digital transformation, product and process innovations as they relate to personalization, finishes, structures and major systems. They took in 31 keynotes and general sessions across six content tracks, connected with 116 sponsors in 120 deep dive boardroom presentations, and attended 2,200+ scheduled one-on-one meetings on the Summit exhibition floor. On the extracurriculars front, a pre-event guided tour of Frank Lloyd Wright’s desert workshop, Taliesin West, wowed and inspired nearly 40 guests, and more than 100 guests and sponsors gathered for the Summit After Hours celebration at local bar, Copper Blues.
Developed over AE Ventures’ 15 years of dedication to refining the hosted event format, the Summit’s combination of education, engagement and interaction delivered for all. For guests, it provided ideas, knowledge and connections they’ll use to drive the implementation of innovative new products, applications and process improvements. For sponsors, it created true sales and partnership opportunities (in contrast to the often superficial lead generation from traditional trade shows) with the executives that lead and drive innovation at the country’s most progressive builder and multifamily companies.
In the post event survey, guests gave the event a 4.6/5.0 star rating for overall value and quality. They voiced appreciation for the quality of presentations from and meetings with sponsor companies as well as the general session content programs and networking elements that drove the formation and enhancement of peer relationships.
Sponsors recognized strong value in the quality of the guest audience, which featured 63 first-time guests (39% of total audience), and their high level of interest and engagement. Sponsors also sang the praises of AE Ventures’ unique hosted event format which features content to focus and inspire attendees and a variety of scheduled, guaranteed engagement options, including one-on-one meetings, boardroom presentations to small groups, and general session presentations before entire guest segments.
In 2024, the TecHome Builder and Housing Transformation Summits will continue to co-locate in Nashville, TN, April 23-25 and Pasadena, CA, Nov. 5-7. The combined event features provide builders and multifamily companies the opportunity to make extraordinary progress on home technology, digital transformation, and general innovation. Vendors and solution providers that focus on these categories will have the opportunity to present to and connect with builder and multifamily innovators that are looking for products and solutions like theirs.

- Combining the two shows was a great idea. I was satisfied with my meetings and results. The great thing about the show is as the Director of Builder & BD, I have the ability to go back into the application for the selections I did not get and approach the prospect. There was only one prospect that fell into that category, and I’ve already sent an email. Jessica and Colin are amazing as always. Their attention to detail is second to NONE. It was great hanging out with them at After Hours. The whole AE team did a great job!
