Taylor Wiederkehr is the Founder and CEO of Innovative NOI, Inc., a comprehensive PropTech resource that provides multifamily owners, developers, managers, and vendors, the clarity they need to confidently pursue or refine PropTech solutions for mass adoption. As a senior thought leader surrounding emerging technologies in the multifamily industry, Taylor led innovation at two of NMHC's 10 largest multifamily management companies in the US, Alliance Residential Company & BH Management Services, LLC., while also serving as a founding member of both the NMHC Innovation Committee and the RETA Emerging Technologies Committee. During his corporate tenure, his team at Alliance was nationally recognized for assembling a unique partnership between Alliance, Google/Nest, and Dwelo, driving the largest smart home technology adoption ever conceived in the multifamily industry before that time. Prior to multifamily, Taylor led the design and development of Ford Motor Company’s Consumer Digital Data Collection & Distribution System in 2015, and successfully exited his first technology company EET in 2013. Taylor holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Tarleton State University.
