As a licensed architect, real estate broker and contractor with over 30 years of design, engineering, and construction experience, Peter brings a critical customer focus and hands-on perspective to LandSea Homes. Prior to joining LandSea in 2017, he spent seven years as the Chief Operating Officer and a Board member of Phoenix Solar Incorporated, a Renewable, Utility Scale Engineering, Procurement and Construction company. The majority of Peter’s career has been spent in homebuilding in various roles including Senior Vice President for the San Francisco Bay Area division of Lennar Homes, VP of Sales, Marketing and Architecture at Lundgren Brothers Construction in Wayzata, MN. and In-House Architect at Kaufman and Broad (KB Home). Peter started his homebuilding career at Pulte Homes in Arizona while attending college. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Design from Arizona State University’s College of Architecture.
