Paul has been in the homebuilding industry for twenty years, beginning his career with a national builder serving in leadership roles in Construction and Purchasing in several markets. In 2018, Paul was appointed President of Epcon Franchising, a network of independent builders across the United States building homes and communities popular with the 55+ demographic, and has since presided over a period of strong growth in the recruitment of builders and development of existing ones. Paul was a speaker at the 2020 International Builder Show, speaking to the benefits that franchised homebuilding can offer local builders. Paul was a 2020 ProBuilder Magazine “Forty Under 40” award recipient, recognized for his leadership and fresh approach to culture, service, and innovation in an industry often stuck in old habits.
