With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate technology, Mike has been a part of several successful prop-tech startups serving the multifamily industry. Mike worked with several former Google Executives to help launch Rentbits which landed on the Inc 500 list of America’s Fastest Growing private companies in 2008, and helped launch the industry’s first smart apartment, IoT platform, Remotely, which earned “Product of the Year” at the 2015 AIM Multifamily Conference. Mike is now the Director of Multifamily Sales at PointCentral which offers a property automation platform to apartment owners & operators. PointCentral’s technology, combined with its parent company Alarm.com, is installed in over 8 million homes across the U.S., and is considered an industry leader in providing smart-home technology solutions to the Multifamily industry.
