National Sales Manager, Residential Builder, Hunter Douglas

Liz joined Hunter Douglas in 2012 as the District Sales Manager in North Texas after successfully owning and managing her own business for 7 years. Motivated to manage others, she was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, covering a five state territory where she was able to continue her passion to educate, inspire and lead by influence. The opportunities within the locally owned, residential builder channel of business became a focus, where Liz developed and introduced solutions that exceeded the expectations of her builder partners and elevated the living experience for their homebuyers. Most notably, was the desire of today’s buyers for home automation and the integration of Hunter Douglas window treatments in newly constructed homes. Liz’s success and passion for the homebuyer and the home builder channel lead Liz to become the National Sales Manager within the newly formed Strategic Partnership team at Hunter Douglas in January 2021. Residing in North Texas, Liz and her husband have the good fortune of raising three independent daughters. Her passion to serve has led her to CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), where she volunteers within her community. She is humbled by these experiences and works to lead others and provide growth opportunities, in everything she does.
