Greg has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently as the founder of Molior Building Group, which has been recognized for their superior quality of custom home construction and renovation. Working beside architects and skilled craftsman, Greg has earned a reputation for executing today’s challenging design/build requirements and delivering exceptional final products. His superior work has been recognized by the Home Builders Association of Maryland and has had a several jobs featured in national magazines, including Luxe, Traditional Home, and Build & Design. Greg is also a PHIUS (Passive House Institute US) Certified Builder. Prior to founding Molior Building Group, Greg worked for a national home builder where he held positions in Sales, Production, Costing, and Management.
