Catherine Siegel has been with Bozzuto Management Company since 2014. She currently serves as Vice President of Client Services, where she is responsible for client relations and business development initiatives in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, New York, New Jersey, and Washington, DC. During her time on Bozzuto’s Client Services and Advisory Services teams, the company has grown from 51,000 units to over 89,000 units and entered numerous new markets including Chicago, Milwaukee, Florida, Washington and California. Catherine’s strength is in defining project positioning for both takeover communities and new developments. She is responsible for identifying value opportunities for her clients through underwriting analyses, identifying cutting-edge trends, completing thorough market studies, and providing general consulting support related to the multifamily and mixed-use aspects of the development. Before her role on the Client Services Team, Catherine focused solely on Advisory Services serving as a Project Manager, where she advised on new projects under development. In this role, she collaborated with owners and various stakeholders during all stages of their development to provide property unit mix analyses, amenity and leasing space programming recommendations, rental rates and operating financials, and guidance on property positioning.
