Attend Our Events

Technology, digital transformation and innovation aren’t easy for the complex, process-driven businesses of homebuilding and multifamily property development and operation. The products, services and solutions in these areas move faster than the typical company’s innovation timeclock ticks and many products and solutions are unfamiliar.

Enter the TecHome Builder & Housing Transformation Summits which help attending guests crack these vexing categories and turn them into growth drivers and competitive advantages, especially vs. used houses, dated properties and knuckle-dragging builder and multifamily company competitors.

The Summits mix informative and inspiring general session content, deep-dive presentations from sponsors, structured shorter meetings with sponsors in an exhibition hall and fun and interesting extracurricular activities to immerse guests in issues, opportunities, challenges and get them to higher ground on strategy and implementation. In addition, the vendor and peer connections made at the event help guests take practical next steps and achieve goals.

Amazingly, for qualified companies and executives, all this value comes with a hosting package that includes free flights, hotel and registration and our Time Well Spent Guarantee. It’s an extraordinary value!

Event Segments

Our TecHome Builder and Housing Transformation Summits are each broken down into three content tracks, or, segments, for our hosted builder and multifamily guests to choose from. Depending on their products and services, event sponsors can choose to sponsor and engage with guests from a specific track, or mix and match between guests from multiple tracks. When it comes to selecting which audience, for many vendors and solutions providers, the answer is “and,” not “or”.
