We are an Independent consulting firm for the design of smart home technology. We sell no

Unlike a typical AV Integration company, we specialize in preparing a complete Smart Home Technology Design: AV, Enterprise-grade Network, HVAC & Solar Shade Control, Security/CCTV and Lighting Control systems into one comprehensive documentation package prepared for competitive bidding process or direct implementation.

Oftentimes, the cost for Home Technology is the largest single contract on a luxury residential project and has the most moving parts that need to work in concert. A seasoned Technology Consultant will make sure your project begins & ends successfully. Our Technology Systems Wiring Infrastructure Designs are brand agnostic: Control4, Savant, Crestron, and Lutron or designed to required client specification.

We have developed a documentation process over the past 24 years and refined it with feedback from our integrators and high-end electricians from their successful implementation on thousands of projects.

We originally created tech icons to look like the technology devices for all on the design team to be able to easily identify. We created similar Lighting fixture icons as well as recently updating icons for Electrical plans that have been used for 100 years.

Our value comes in on luxury custom projects in which the architect prepared only a “plan check” set of plans and there needs to be major revisions. We use 24×42” (16:9) paper size to include load schedules on a single working page.

We’ve found that the design & engineering time put in before the electricians start wiring makes them 30+% more efficient and requires 25+% less project management time from the owner in the field.

Planning all the loads onto manufacturer formatted load schedules, especially with the various fixture types including 0-10V requiring a different dimming module, fewer mistakes happen in the field.

Finally, proper equipment budgets can be resolved early in the construction process, especially now that there are supply chain issues for various tech equipment.
